Kowoll was down in the first and twice in the second in a gymfight. Kowoll was first floored by bodyshots and finally he partly blocked a combination to the head but sat down anyway and waited until it was ten and out.

July 18, Halle / Westfalen, GER, Gerry Weber Stadion, Sauerland Event, FvA
Arthur Abraham, 76,0, Ger TKO 6 (1.14) Robert Stieglitz 75,9, Ger
Abraham ended the Abraham vs Stieglitz series in this, their fourth fight, and was the clearly superior man. He did suffer a busted nose though and was in trouble but Stieglitz looked a spent force by then and was hurt by Abraham´s big right. When the champ (WBO) opened up in the sixth Stieglitz had no reply and walked into a heavy right and sat down. He was out of it in every way and trainer Dirk Dzemski waved the towel and it was correctly stopped. This must be it for Stieglitz.
Vincent Feigenbutz, 75,4, Ger TKO 3 (1.21) Mauricio Reynoso, 76,0, Peru
Feigenbutz won the vacant WBA interim title in this fight. How Reynoso was approved as challenger is a good question with just one fight in three years. He gave up easily and was floored twice in the second and once in third before it was stopped.
10x3: Mike Keta, 72,5, Ger TKO 3 Alilych Kanbolatov, 159,25, Rus
Keta bulldozed his opponent and floored him with an overhand right and Kanbolatov appeared to sit the count out. The WBC Eurasia Pacific title was at stake.

July 17, Ludwigsburg, GER, MHP Arena, Z! Promotions, bdb
Erkan Teper, 114,3, Ger KO 2 (2.15) David Price, 113,1, Uk
Teper won the vacant EBU heavyweight title by knocking out David Price with a left hook in the second - think the second Floyd Patterson and Ingemar Johansson fight and you get it. Price was stunned right away by a big right hook from Teper and never seemed to recover mentally after that. It was as if he was in a different world and instead of going all out against opponent who was going all out he tried to box and pace himself and was overrun. A big feud over the gloves also erupted and when it was all settled they went by the rules.
8x3. Christian Lewandowski, 110,5, Greifswald, Ger TKO 4 (2.18) Gabriel Enguema, 100,0, Madrid, Spa
Good fight between two new kids on the block. Lewandowski took over and landed with one-two combinations and Enguema was stunned in the third and floored twice in the fourth before it was stopped.
Franz Rill, 116,8, Ger W8-U Paul Butlin, 113,8, Uk
Rill won every round while Butlin kept complaining about headbutts and was cut by the left eye and at the end it was a bad gash.
Nikki Adler, 74,9, Ger W10-U Szilvia Szabados, ?, Hun
Adler retained the WBC female supermiddle title on scores of 98-90, 99-89 twice. Adler had a point deducted as Szabados was cut after an accidental headclash. Szabados, an unschooled, wild slugger, had a point deducted in the sixth for not listening to the referee´s commands.
Dennis Lewandowski, 113,8, Greifswald, Ger W6-U Jean Francois Traore, 95.0. Fra
Lewandwski won every round and Traore took a beating but kept smiling and was never hurt.
