Sep 19, Nyköping, SWE, Rosvalla Stora Isstadion, Sauerland Promotion,
Making History: first show in Sweden with a international title fight over 12x3 since 68 (well, back then it was 15x3).
Four out five applications for longer distance than the standard 12 minutes passed, one fell through (Klara Svensson vs Lucia Morelli 8x2) and one, Hagen vs Buriola was denied permission for 6x3.
Erik Skoglund, 79,3, Nyköping, Swe  W12-U  Oleksandr Cherviak, 78,5, Ukr
Skoglund retained IBF I/C title on scores of 120-108 twice and 119-109 controlling the fight on the outside in almost every round cheered on by over 5000 in attendance (in a town with 30 000 inhabitants). Cherviak, much shorter, was dangerous with his hooks from the outside but could never keep up the pressure. It was a good performance by Skoglund but the matchup itself was nothing much.
8x3: Anthony Yigit, 64,5, Swe/Spa  W8-U  Chaquib Fadli, 64,2, Fra
80-72, 80-71 and 80-73. Another actionpacked all out fight from Yigit, who was cut on the left cheek from an elbow in round Three. Fadli, tall and rangy, took a beating in some rounds and looked at times ready to go but always found a way to survive. He took a S8C in the last round.
6x3: Otto Wallin, 107,9, Swe /Cph, Den   W6-U   Vladislav Goncharov, 104,2, Rus
Wallin controlled the action behind a fine southpaw jab then smothered his opponent on the inside for a clear win on scores of 60-54 twice and 60-55.
6x3:  Sven Fornling, 78,2, Malmö, Swe  W6-U Simen Smaadal, 78,5, Nor
60-55 twice and 60-54. Fornling is straight ahead and easy to hit but strong, willing and durable and he tore apart Smaadal, who gave up mentally in the last three rounds and was closed to being stopped.
4x3: Hampus Henriksson, 77,1, Swe  KO 1 (2.59)    Ivan Sakic, 76,4, B & H
Sakic was a late sub but wasn´t that bad but Henriksson, in his debut, a southpaw, dominated the action and floored Sakic late in the first. Sakic got up and looked allright but referee Håkan Sindemark counted nine-ten and out with Sakic protesting wildly.
4x3: Alexander Hagen, 79,4, Nor tko 3 (1.20)  Alessandro Buriola, 79,1, Ita
Buriola was down from nothing much in the first, second and third before it was stopped.
4x3: Simon Henriksson, 68,2, Malmö, Swe  W4-U   Jakub Horvath, 68,0, Cze
Horvath was floored late in first and lost on scores of 40-35 twice and 40-36.
6x2: Johanna Rydberg, 50,7, Helsingborg, Swe   W6-U Evgeniya Zablotskaya, 49,0, Rus
60-54 on all cards with Rydberg too big and strong for her opponent.
