Sold out show for Paul Malignaggi's fight in Milan

PBE Press release

Principe Boxing Events has sold all the tickets for Paul Malignaggi’s Italian debut next Saturday at Principe theater in Milan. The former two divisions’ world champion Malignaggi (33-7) will fight Hugarian Laszlo Fazekas (27 wins, 21 losses, 1 draw and 1 no-contest) on the 8 rounds distance.

“I’m very happy about the interest generated by Paulie’s fight – promoter Alessandro Cherchi said – and I have no doubt that the crowd will rowdly support the Magic Man. Media coverage was also great: more than 70 articles have been published by Italian newspapers, their online versions and sports websites. As for television coverage, national network SportItalia will broadcast the fight next week and networks in Canada, Poland, Middle-East and Africa will do the same. Besides that, former Italian welterweight champion Antonio Moscatiello (who will fight in the show) was interviewed by a popular  radio soccer program and that’s good because we give boxing exposure among soccer fans.”

On the undercard of Malignaggi-Fazekas, welterweight Antonio Moscatiello (18 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw) will fight Jozsef Gerebecz (7-13-2). Super lightweight Renato De Donato (15-3) will fight Gyula Tallosi (9-5). Opening the show, four professional fights on the 4 rounds distance.
