MOCK vs NIELSEN IN TALKS

The Fight for the "People's Championship"By Per-Ake Persson Danish promoters Super Brian & Mogens Palle have offered supermiddle Patrick Nielsen (28-1) 1 million Danish kronas for a fight against Lolenga Mock (32-14-1) May 27 in Denmark on a Danish Fight Night show. One million Danish kronas is about 150 000 USD and must be regarded as an exellent payday.
 Nielsen is promoted by Team Sauerland and managed by Simon Lundt Hansen. He is ranked # 10 by WBC, # 4 by the WBA and the IBF, # 2 by the WBO and # 11 by the EBU while the 43-year old Mock is unranked.
Promoter Nisse Sauerland dismissed a previous offer from Super Brian and Palle as a "PR stunt". This time however, there is an actual contract presented that only needs to be signed. The fight is scheduled for 12 and for the "People's Championship".
