Will make the first defence in Berlin

WBA regular supermiddle champion Giovanni De Carolis (24-6) will reportedly make the first defence of the title he won from Vincent Feigenbutz against Tyron Zeuge (18-0) July 23 in Berlin.

Zeuge is promoted by Sauerland Event and trained by WBA regular lightheavy champ Juergen Braehmer. He has since long been hailed as the best of the new generation of Sauerland fighters but spent a full year recovering from various injuries. Zeuge came back last night though and outscored Ruben Acosta.

For De Carolis this will be his third straight fight in Germany.
