Thursday July 21, Former WBC Silver super lightweight champion Luca Giacon knocked out Gergo Vari in four rounds at Principe theater in Milan (Italy) in his comeback fight after 16 months of inactivity. Giacon’s last fight was on March 21, 2015 at the same location.

Principe theather is the same location where Paulie Malignaggi fought on September 2015 and it was sold-out again. Promoter Alessandro Cherchi was enthusiast: "We didn’t just fill all the seats, there were a lot of people standing up at the floor level and the balcony was full as usual.
