Dear Mr Lutz

Ms. Kourouni informed me yesterday that you have agreed sanctioning of  another WIBF/GBU Championship Title defence for her, even though this  matter has yet to be resolved.

As such I am writing to inform you that I shall be meeting with our  lawyers this week and shall be applying to the High Court in London  for an injunction to prevent this contest and/or any future WIBF/GBU  Championship contest featuring Ms. Kourouni until this matter is  resolved through the courts.

The reasons we are confident of a successful resolution on this matter  is that the WIBF/GBU accepted the results from the 24th February 2017  contest at the Tolworth Recreation Centre, which was also on an event  sanctioned by the BBBofC, and where Kallia Kourouni successfully  defended her WIBF Title against Bojana Libiszewska, and as with the  8th July 2018 contest in question, this contest was scored by just a  BBBofC referee, in this case Kieran McCann and as in the Shergold vs  Kourouni contest there were many failings by yourselves, including no  WIBF judges appointed.

Please also be aware that on learning that Ms Kourouni is set to  defend the WIBF/GBU Championships I decided to make this case public  on Social Media -  https://www.facebook.com/GianlucaDiCaro/posts/1823592177768434 - which  has been shared widely and I also intend to issue a press release this  week with regard to the case and the injunction we shall be applying  for.
