Should be ready to return to the ring in November
 The Nordic Nightmare, [ Robert Helenius] is now back in full training following his shoulder injury in his controversial win over Dereck Chisora in December of last year. Interviewed by Juhani Gronberg for press in Finland, Robert states he has learned the lesson and paid the price for ignoring an injury and going through with a fight anyway.
Helenius is currently in training camp in Kienbaum and is expected to begin serious sparring in a month and come November he should be ready to return to the ring - almost a year since facing Chisora.
-Robert is on the way back thanks to successful surgery and the goal is still the heavyweight championship of the world. The layoff just caused a delay in the time table. He is big, technically skillful and can punch, he can also block punches and move away. Robert will be a nightmare for his opponents in the future as well, says assistant trainer George Bramowsky.
